2 tbsp fresh ginger -- minced
generous pinch stevia extract
1 oz cream -- 30ml

Pour hot water oyer minced ginger. Allow to steep for three minutes. Strain into two large mugs, add stevia and cream. Stir and enjoy. Serves 2
