EGG NOG PROTEIN SHAKE

1 egg
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
2 tsp splenda -- to taste
4 tbsp whey protein isolate -- vanilla
1/8 tsp guar gum -- or xanthan gum
A sprinkling of nutmeg (optional)

Just throw everything in the blender, and let it whirl for a few seconds.
You can add a small dollop of brandy, too, if you simply must have an alcoholic egg nog.
