CREAMY LOW CARB MILK SHAKE

1 Pkt Jell-o sugar free pudding -- any flavour
4 oz Heavy Cream -- 125g
Ice
4 oz cold water -- 125g

Using a blender add 2-3 ozs water with about 1/4 blender full of ice cubes
Blend until ice is slushy, then add Pudding/Shake Mix and 3-4 ozs of Heavy Cream.
Blend on high until desired thickness. (To make a good ice cream add more ice and freeze covered for about 30-45 minutes).
