CHOCOLATE MOCHA PROTEIN SHAKE

2 scoops whey protein isolate -- chocolate
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup water
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee granules
12 ice cubes -- (12 to 15)

Just dump everything in the blender and let 'er rip.
These come out the consistency of a Wendy's Frosty and can be eaten with a spoon.
If you want the shakes more liquidly, add fewer ice cubes.
Also, if you omit the coffee from the mocha shake, you can substitute peanut butter.
Try adding the ice cubes one at a time. It helps.
