CAROL'S CREAMY MOCHA PROTEIN SHAKE

1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup water
1 3/4 cups coffee -- cold,strong,decaf
1 1/2 tbsp Splenda -- or more
coffee extract 1 dash -- optional
3 scoops Designer Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate -- see note*
6 ice cubes -- or more
-In a blender container, add the cream cheese, cream water; blend till creamy.
-Add the protein powder, sweetener, cold coffee, extract blend thoroughly.
-Add ice cubes one at a time until the shake is nice thick.
-Divide into 2 servings.
-*Any flavor of protein powder can be used but use water instead of the cold coffee.You may have to adjust carb counts.
-***I have the second serving as a snack or for a breakfast the next day.
