1 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
flax oil 1/2 tbsp
1/4 cup blueberries -- fresh or frozen
1 scoop whey protein Isolate -- vanilla or natural
1 tbsp lecithin
stevia 1 dash

Add water, ice cubes, flax oil, blueberries, soy lecithin and whey protein concentrate into blender. Blend until thick and creamy. Add pinch of stevia or to taste. Blend on pulse for 30 more seconds. Serve immediately. Serves 1
