WONDERFUL LC RYE BREAD ( FOR BREAD MACHINE)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup gluten, wheat -- flour
1/2 cup dark rye flour
1/2 cup whey protein Isolate
1 pkg yeast -- rapid rise
1 tsp xantham gum
2 tsp fennel seeds

Add all to the bread machine on dough setting.

When dough has risen, remove from machine and gently shape into loaf.

Place in greased loaf pan, allow to rise a second time until it reaches the top of the loaf pan.

Bake 375°F-190°C for 30 minutes or until done.
