WONDERFUL LC BREAD (BREAD MACHINE TYPE)

1/2 cup water -- warm not hot
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp oil
1 egg -- slightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup gluten, wheat -- flour 75% protein
1/2 cup oat bran -- flour
1/2 cup whey protein Isolate -- vanilla
1 pkg dry yeast -- rapid rise

To your bread machine add the ingredients in the order that follows.
Add water, cream, oil, egg, salt, gluten flour, oat flour, vanilla whey protein powder, and yeast.
Set your bread machine according to directions for Rapid Bake (2 hours).
