WHEY PROTEIN BREAD

3/4 cup soy protein isolate -- whey protein
1/8 cup dried egg white powder
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp splenda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 lg eggs
1/8 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil
preheat oven to 400°F-200°C Oil loaf/bread pan
1) Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
2) Mix all liquid ingredients in a large bowl, then add dry ingredients and mix with hand mixer for a minute. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 15/20 minutes.
Note: This bread slices like regular bread and is very good when made with valnilla whey powder for a slightly sweeter taste.
Note: I did make this and didn't have any Just whites and it turned out fine. It will fall some when it cools. I found that if you turn the oven off and let it sit in the oven for a while, it won't fall so bad.
