WHEAT GLUTEN BREAD

Add in order to your bread machine:
1 1/4 cups water
2 tbsp heavy cream
6 1/2 oz gluten, wheat -- 190gr
1 cup Atkins Bake Mix -- or sub
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp Butter -- softened
1 pkg yeast -- rapid rise

I use the regular cycle with a light crust setting. I also find that sometimes I have to add more water, a softer dough will produce a taller, lighter texture loaf of bread (meaning more slices and less carbs).
Also, use the dough only cycle and add some Italian spices and make a pizza crust by dividing in half and patting into pizza pan, add your favorite pizza toppings and woohoo, pizza with a crust. YUMMY!
