WHEAT BRAN BREAD

2 cups soy flour -- or powder
or soy protein isolate or whey
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup ground almonds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast
water -- enough fordough
Mix all dry ingredients and add enough water to get a bread dough.
Let the dough rise, then knead again.
Fill in a rectangular cake tin and let rise again.
Bake for about 60 - 70 minutes at 400°F-200°C . Let cool for 5 hours.
