SESAME SOY "SODA BREAD"

1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter -- salted

Add a litte oil if you like moister breads, maybe one eighth of a cup of walnut or almond oil.
Place in bread pan and bake in oven for twenty minutes at 350°F-175°C.
It's filling and very bready, and has kind of a cornbread sesame snack flavour.
Don't add salt, there's enough in the butter and sesame seeds.
