1/2 cup sesame seeds -- ground
1/4 cup soy protein Isolate
1/4 cup soy flour
3 eggs -- lightly beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
You can also make it with 1/4 cup ground flax and 1/4 cup ground un hulled sesame. Mix all together and put into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for 20-25 minutes.
