2 tbsp flour -- unbleached
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp rye flour
1 tbsp caraway seed
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp splenda
2 eggs -- separated
1 dash seasoned salt
2 tbsp ricotta cheese -- whole milk
2 tbsp butter -- melted
1 dash cream of tartar

Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C. Mix flours and caraway seeds together. Beat in egg yolks and sprinkle with seasoned salt and sugar substitute. Mix cheese with butter, add dry ingredients, and blend well. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. Spoon into a small oiled loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack.
