NUTTY BREAD FROM SPINDIZZIE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup flax seeds -- grind to meal
1/2 cup pecan flour
1/2 cup macadamia nuts -- grind to meal
1 cup gluten, wheat -- flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C degrees.

Add all ingredients together in a bowl except the water. Mix until incorporated and then add the water. This will make a nice, heavy batter.

Spray whatever tins you will use with non-stick spray and fill. I used a large loaf pan.

Smooth batter and bake 40 minutes. If you use muffin or cupcake tins, bake for 35 mins and check.
