LOW CARB SUNFLOWER BREAD

2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz butter -- 125gr
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unprocessed bran
1/2 cup splenda

Beat eggs, cream and vanilla. Melt butter (oil) and add to cream. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet mixture to dry. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350°F-180°C Check with a toothpick.
