LOW CARB OAT BREAD{BREAD MACHINE OR REGULAR}

1 1/3 cups gluten, wheat -- flour
1 2/3 cups oat bran
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 lg egg -- warm to room temp
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup cream -- warmed
1/2 cup water -- warmed
To my bread machine I add the yeast and sugar first, then all of the dry ingredients, adding the liquid last.
I set it on manual and let it go through it's cycle until it finished the last kneading.
I took it out and put it in a greased bread pan and let it rise for the second time until it had more than doubled in size.
Baked in 375 oven for abut 30 minutes.
Cooled and cut 20 slices.
