2 cups soy flour
6 tbsp flax seeds -- finely ground
4 tbsp sesame seeds
5 tbsp yeast
1 1/2 tbsp gluten, wheat -- flour
Optional but recommended: . Lora Brody
Bread Dough Enhancer 10 Oz.
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
Mix dry ingredients first, then add oil and water.
Put the mixture into a pan that has been oiled with olive oil.
Rise in a warm place.
When mixture has risen and appears bubbly, pat down and allow to rise again.
When risen, bake at 350 F (176 C) for 35-40 minutes. Place on rack to cool comepletely
Place in freezer for alittle while. Cutting is much easier when bread is very cold.
