LOW-CARB BREAD

3/4 cup whey protein Isolate -- whey type
1/8 cup dried egg white powder -- Just Whites brand
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp Splenda -- or Sugar Twin
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 lg eggs
1/8 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven at 400°F-200°C ; oil loaf/bread pan
1) Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
2) Mix all liquid ingredients in large bowl, then add dry ingredients and mix with hand mixer for a minute. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 15/20 min.
Note: This bread slices like regular bread and is very good when made w/Vanilla whey powder for a slightly sweeter (dessert-like) taste.
