1 1/4 cups gluten, wheat
1/2 cup wheat bran -- or oat flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp splenda
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
Proof yeast in water and sugar. Mix all dry ingredients together and add yeast mixture and oil. Knead dough (it should be a very soft dough) and let rise until double. Make into rolls or bread. To make cinnamon rolls; Roll dough and lather on the butter. Cover butter with a cinnamon and splenda mix. Roll dough and cut into cinnamon roll size of your choice. Bake in medium oven for about 35 mins
