JOJO'S LOW CARB WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup warm water
1 tbsp honey -- softened
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup flax seeds -- meal, or linseed
3/4 cup gluten, wheat -- flour
1 cup wheat bran
2 tsp dry yeast -- rapid rise 1pkt

Put the yeast and water into pan. If the yeast does not bubble through it away and try another packet. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add honey to pan. mix well and then add dry ingredients. Machine bake. Use rapid 3 hour setting.
Oven bake Use the dough setting. When ready pull out of the pan and shape into a small loaf. Place in a greased 9x5" 230x130mm loaf pan and let rise until the bread is as big as you want it. Cook for 1 hr in 350°F-180°C oven. Leave 60 minutes to cool.
