1/2 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 cups gluten, wheat -- flour
1/2 cup soy protein isolate
1/2 cup Soy Flour -- Hodgson Mill
3 tbsp oat bran -- flour
1 tbsp splenda
1 1/2 tsp guar gum
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts -- ground
1 tbsp yeast
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 whole eggs -- beaten
1/4 cup cottage cheese -- creamed
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter -- melted
1 1/2 cups water -- warmed
Follow your bread machine directions:
Here's what I do: In the bottom of my bread machine i place yeast and sugar.
Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Place over the yeast/sugar. Melt oil, and butter in water, then add cottage cheese. Pour over flours then add the beaten eggs.
I usually set it to manual and bake it in the oven in a bread pan. 350°F-180°C for about 45 minutes.
