1/2 cup cream cheese -- softened
4 eggs -- at room temperature
1/2 cup splenda -- I used a little
2 tsp Brown Sugar Twin
1 3/4 cups almond meal -- flour
1/4 cup gluten, wheat -- flour 75% protein
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 oz bananas -- ie Gerber baby food
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon banana extract
Beat butter and cream cheese together, then beat in eggs one at a time
Beat in other wet ingredients
Mix dry ingredients together, then combine with wet
Bake in loaf pan for50 minutes at 325°F-160°C
