ANGELFOOD-LIKE CAKE AND CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

6 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 pinch salt
5 egg yolks
5 oz cream cheese -- 150g softened
1 oz Jell-o sugar free pudding -- 30g french vanilla
3 oz Jell-o sugar free jelly -- 90g cherry flavor
3 tbsp splenda -- 9pkts
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
1 oz Jell-o sugar free pudding -- 30g french vanilla
3 tbsp Splenda -- or to taste
3 oz cream cheese -- 90g softened
Cake directions:
Beat the whites until frothy, add cream of tartar and salt, beat on high until they are super stiff and not sliding in the bowl.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese and yolks until light and fluffy, add in jello, pudding mix, and splenda, cream together until blended.
Fold the creamcheese mixture into the whites and blend carefully but throughly.
Bake at300°F-150°C for about 35 minutes or until the top is dry looking and golden in a 9" - 225mm cake pake.
Frosting directions:
Cream together, creamcheese, pudding mix, butter, and splenda add a little water if it's very stiff.
